… k .. so i know there was a way back on old Windows XP to totally get rid of everything on your computer.. and put it back to the state that you bought your computer in… by pressing F11 on the keyboard rapidly at the start up screen,.

where do you find Acer e-recovery
On Acer computers, you hace Acer e-Recovery, where you can restore your computer to its ‘Factory’ settings. Or use the Recovery disc that came with it (If one)
Not sure about the F11 (or so) in Vista.
