Can I Swap an IBM T42 hard drive with a T43?

Hi,

Here’s my case: I have 2 laptops:

Laptop 1: IBM T42, XP Pro, 40 GB HDD

Laptop 2: IBM T43p, XP Pro, 60 GB HDD

Can i swap the hard drives between them? I bought the laptops from IBM’s certified used center.
